Additional conditions • The stated prices refer to a daily rent. • The rent price includes: bed linen, towels, water and electricity expenses, cooking and table utensils, toilet paper (uppon arrival only), cleaning once a week and final cleaning. • If the number of persons staying in an apartment exceeds its capacity, each additional person older than 4 years will be charged 5 EUR daily. • The stated prices are valid if the period of stay exceeds a three nights'stay. In case of a shorter stay the prices will be increased 20%. • A dog or a cat is charged 3 EUR per day. • On the arrival day guests can use the room / apartment after 16,00 o'clock. On the departure day they have to free the room / apartment before 10,00 o'clock. • All the apartments have a possibility to use barbecue.
